How do I book a ride?

Click Book your ride anywhere on the site or download the app, this is going to be the easiest and fasted way to book with us.

You can book in advance for set routines or upcoming appointments. Same-day bookings may be available depending on location and timing, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Yes. Life happens. If you need to adjust your pickup time or
location, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you.

Accessibility & Equipment

Do you support wheelchair and scooter users?

Absolutely. Our vehicles are fully wheelchair accessible and our drivers are trained in securement and safe equipment handling.

Yes, as long as the scooter fits within vehicle specifications. Tell us the model or dimensions and we’ll confirm it for you.

Yes. Assistance dogs are always welcome, no extra charge, no questions asked.

Yes. You can bring carers, family members or friends at no additional cost, as long as seats are available.
